01Do credits expire?

Only if your Organization goes a full year without buying any. Credits stay valid for 12 months after your last top-up, and every new top-up restarts that clock for all of them. We email you before any credits expire.

02Why credits and not a monthly plan?

Builders work in bursts. A busy month should cost more than a quiet one, and a quiet month should cost nothing. Credits work the way you already pay for APIs.

03Does SumCode charge for the AI?

No. Your agent runs on your own Claude, Codex or Cursor account. SumCode never resells AI, so your credits pay only for SumCode.

04Who pays when my team uses SumCode?

Your Organization. You invite people once, choose the workspaces they can use, and everything they do there comes out of your one balance. Inviting people is free. Anything they build in their own Organization uses their own credits.

05What happens when I run out?

Nothing locks. You can open and edit every project by hand. Your agent can still read, but cannot save changes until you top up. Share links keep their free 1 GB each month. Your files stay where they are and keep working; only new uploads pause, and we email you first.

06Am I charged when my agent makes a mistake?

No. A change costs credits only when it saves. If SumCode refuses a change, or it fails, you pay nothing.

07Is publishing really free?

Yes. Publish to your own Netlify, GitHub, Cloudflare or Bubble as often as you like, several times a day if you need to. Your credits pay for the changes your agent makes, not for shipping them.

08Is there a monthly limit on what I can spend?

No limit and no ceiling. Buy as many credits as you need, when you need them. Turn on Auto Top-Up if you never want your agent to stop mid-build.
